Shipping Policy
We ship all Lace Luxe orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. High-demand items or custom requests may require additional processing time; if so, we’ll notify you.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier selected.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow a short window for the carrier to scan and update your package status.
International Shipping
We currently ship to international locations. Duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We want you to love your Lace Luxe unit. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns or store credit on eligible wigs.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@laceluxe.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and our team will provide simple return instructions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify, your unit must be:

In original, unworn condition

Lace uncut
-
Free of styling, washing, coloring, or alterations

Returned with all packaging (hair net, protective inserts, satin bag, box)

Shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns on units that have been worn, cut, customized, damaged, or have removed tags.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a $150 restocking fee, which covers professional sanitizing, washing, and restyling to maintain our luxury standards.
Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A return label can be provided for a small fee depending on the customer's location.
Processing Time
Please allow up to five business days after your return arrives for inspection and processing.
