What does “glueless” mean?

Our units are designed to be worn without adhesive. They can sit securely on the head with proper fit and placement. If you choose to use a small amount of adhesive for extra hold, that’s optional; please ensure it is fully dissolved before removing the wig to preserve the lace.

What type of lace do you use?

We use high-quality transparent lace that is 40% finer than most on the market, so it blends naturally and seamlessly. It’s soft, flexible, and made for glueless wear.

Are your hairlines pre-plucked?

Yes, each LaceLuxe unit arrives pre-plucked for a natural look. You can customize further if desired, but it isn’t required.

Do you cut the lace before shipping?

We ship units with the lace intact. This allows you to customize the hairline to your preference. If you request lace cutting, the unit becomes final sale.

Can I heat-style the hair?

Yes, on low to moderate heat and with heat protectant. Our luxury wigs can be styled with tools like flat irons and curling irons, but frequent or excessive heat styling can impact the longevity of the unit.

How often should I wash my wig?

Only when needed. Most wearers wash their units every 10–20 wears, depending on product use and styling.

Will the color match the photos exactly?

Colors are photographed in professional lighting, but slight variations may occur based on your screen and natural lighting. We aim for accuracy, but minor shifts are normal across devices.

How do I choose the right length?

Lengths are measured from the crown to the ends. If you’re unsure, size up — longer units can always be cut or shaped to your preference.

Do you offer custom orders?

At launch, we are offering select customizable options. For fully custom requests, email contact@laceluxe.com and our team will advise availability.

What is your return policy?

Eligible units can be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided the lace is uncut and the unit remains unworn and unaltered. Full details are listed on our Returns page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Shipping speed depends on the method you choose at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select countries. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is financing available?

Can I wear my LaceLuxe unit every day?

Absolutely. With proper care and gentle handling, daily wear is perfectly fine.
